thnxxxxxxxx my frnd the links r awesome but i wanted the pattern of the fabric 2 b the main topic,,,and i'll try to take ur advice on the hands ...thnxxxxx again my frnd cheers
I love the design of the dress on this, try not to worry too much when inking her hands, your inks around the dress are good, so don't worry about it if you mess it up, remember you can redraw it, and consider the mistake a practice, I think you might be interested in Mucha's style http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alphonse_Mucha his style was very distinctive, and after viewing your gallery, you have big interest in fashion designs (& ornaments) so try to approach his style for a while, and then you can build off with your own style from a good foundation.
The reason I suggested Mucha, is I would love to have your hair more flowing, as strands of hair don't stop then start, they have to connect to other strands of hair, like waves http://www.surfersvillage.com/img/st/wave art.jpg notice in this picture how the start and end are connected to a continuing line.
Another note, I am note sure, but if you could have the background giving a bit of cold or warm filter, as grey is too safe, maybe try orange or blue, so her white skin can show off more than just blending in the background as she already has some grey shades on her.
I love your work, and I see you can do better :D happy drawing mate!
